We are tracking an increase in the trend of daytime burglaries in the district with houses that are unoccupied for a large portion of the day.
Please be vigilant and report anything unusual or suspicious to Shankill (01 6665900) or Bray (6665300) Garda station or 999 in an emergency.
Traditionally and statistically November tends to be our worst month for Burglaries.
The 3 documents Below contain information on Doors, Windows and some simple crime prevention tips to help you avoid becoming a victim of burglary. Please try the check list challenge. REMEMBER in 1 in 4 burglaries the burglar enters through an unsecured window or door.
So remember to lock your doors and windows when you leave your home. For further crime prevention advice please go to www.garda.ie
